Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts of Danbury Presents Womansafe Personal Safety and Self Defense Seminar
(PRWEB) April 03, 2014 -- On Friday, April 25, at 7:00 p.m., Tiger Schulmann's will host a Womansafe personal safety and self-defense seminar. The Womansafe program has been part of the Tiger Schulmann curriculum for over 15 years, and this free seminar provides important information on women’s safety, rape education, and domestic abuse prevention. Afterwards, hands-on self defense instruction is taught by a certified Tiger Schulmann instructor.
All women and girls age 13 and up are urged to attend this important & informative lecture (under 18 requires a parent or guardian). Comfortable clothing is recommended since the second part of the class will include actual self defense techniques instruction and the opportunity to practice them. “All of the techniques being taught in the seminar are part of our everyday curriculum, ensuring every one of our students is getting real life practical instruction for self defense on the street,” says Sempai Leigh Ann Weil, a certified female martial arts and Womansafe instructor.
“We did a lecture in Central Park for over 1000 women and have done this seminar for the TODAY Show as well as numerous news shows and media outlet locations. I believe every woman has the right and obligation to learn how to protect themselves. I not only say this, but live it as well and have training in the Martial Arts for over 15 years.”
Please call 203-448-3232 to confirm your place in this free seminar. Space is limited and reservations are required.
