GamePLANS is expanding its focus.
Rochester Hills, MI (PRWEB) April 08, 2014
Responding to marketplace demands, GamePLANS LLC is expanding its human resource services to include customer engagement forums, strategic plan alignment and business process design, according to Nicole Sherard-Freeman, principal of GamePLANS.
“Since 2008 GamePLANS has been working with forward-thinking leaders of small, medium-sized and large organizations to address challenges in the areas of leadership and management development, and individual coaching,” says Sherard-Freeman. “GamePLANS’ new services take this focus a step further by giving organizations in-depth information on how to align strategy with day-to-day activities, uncover hidden customer expectations, and streamline and reformulate business processes to achieve success.”
To showcase its new services, GamePLANS has launched a new website -- http://www.gameplansllc.com – that describes the company’s services and leadership in detail and includes client reviews and contact information.
“People costs and customer acquisition represent major operating expenses for organizations,” says Sherard-Freeman. “To succeed in today’s competitive marketplace, organizations need good people, a creative and efficient work environment, and an intuitive understanding of customer’s needs. Our new services ensure clients have the strategies and solutions to achieve those goals efficiently and cost effectively,” she adds.
