She is certified as a Great Workplaces consultant and facilitator by the Great Places to Work Institute (the research engine behind the annual Fortune 100 Great Places to Work list). She has a graduate degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA.
