Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 04, 2014 -- Young piano players in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are invited to the 2014 Note-Star.com youth piano competition. Contestants will have the chance to showcase their talents, meet other young musicians, and win cash scholarship awards along the way.
Contestants 20 years old and younger should start tickling those ivory keys and record a two-minute video of themselves playing their best piece. Videos are to be uploaded by May 7th to YouTube and the entry form on the Note-Star.com website should be completed and include a link to the video. Voting begins May 10th and continues through May 18th. Then, on May 24th, those with the most votes will perform at the Grand Finals, live at the lovely Klyde Warren Park. A total of $5,000 awaits the winners plus a demo recording session at Audio Dallas.
