Finalists Named for Institute for Excellence in Sales & Business Development’s 2014 Sales Excellence Awards
Vienna, VA (PRWEB) April 08, 2014 -- The Institute for Excellence in Sales & Business Development (IES&BD) announced the 20 corporate finalists for the 2014 IES&BD Awards for corporate and organizational sales and business development operational excellence today. The awards will be presented at the 4th annual breakfast event on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the USA Today/Gannett Headquarters in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.
“We are honored to recognize the 2014 Sales Excellence finalists, all of whom have demonstrated operational excellence throughout the sales and business development lifecycle,” said Fred Diamond, founder of the IES&BD and president of DIAMOND Strategic Marketing. “The IES&BD strives to recognize companies that are executing best practices across the entire sales continuum and these companies exemplify that level of excellence unquestionably.”
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Northern Virginia Family Services.
The finalists are:
Excellence in Sales Innovation: Cisco, Deltek, Oracle, Tempus
Excellence in Sales Training: Adobe, Cvent, Farmers Insurance, Nortec
Excellence in Team Building, Management and Development: American Systems, Ellucian, Evans, Inc., RW Murray
Excellence in Customer Partnering: Cap Relo, Dovel, Phacil, StoneStreet
Excellence in Alliance Management: ASM Research, Blackboard, immixGroup, Optimal Networks
The finalists were selected by an independent panel of expert judges for their commitment to excellence in the above sales and business development categories. Cisco, Deltek, Blackboard, immixGroup, and Oracle are all repeat finalists.
The IES&BD will honor Bruce Klein, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Partner Organization for Cisco with its Lifetime Achievement Award. Carahsoft President Craig P. Abod will receive its first Executive Director’s Award to recognize his firm’s remarkable growth.
The IES&BD will announce the winners at the breakfast ceremony on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the USA Today/Gannett Headquarters. GrowMyRevenue’s Ian Altman will emcee the program.
