Good Investors Can Create Opportunities Regardless of Market Trends, Tells Rick Otton
(PRWEB) April 04, 2014 -- Christopher Joye, a real estate analyst, believes that real estate prices in Australia would drop 10 to 20 percent in the coming months, the Sydney Morning Herald reported on 31 March 2014.
Joye wrote that the disproportionate growth between house prices and disposable incomes of regular Aussies would cause the “property bubble” in Australia to burst.
“Whenever I hear someone become doubtful about the way the market’s going, I remind them that the Australian real estate market have always followed a cycle of ups and downs. At the end of the day, projections are just estimates, and the truth is that no one really knows exactly what will happen in the coming years,” according to Mr. Otton, a sought after property coach in Australia.
“So rather than worry about what will happen in the future, it’s better to focus on what you can control today and have strategies in place for any scenario. Remember that a good investor has an action plan ready for a rising, falling, or flat markets. Hence, good investors are always in a position to make money regardless of market trends,” he added.
Mr. Otton then shared in a recent interview for the limited edition Free Pack that one way to prepare your property for any market condition is through buying it with the help of seller finance strategies.
“Seller finance offers flexibility that allows an investor to purchase property without spending a huge amount of cash upfront and overcommitting to a mortgage. The less money out, the lesser the risk. More importantly, seller finance also give options for the investor to lock in passive monthly income during the sale of the property,” he said.
“I’ve always taught my students that you can’t solve different problems with only one solution. And in the case of the real estate market, different market conditions call for different solutions. The flexibility of seller finance allows you to create positive cash flow regardless of the market condition. So no matter how the market turns you’re always prepared,” commented Mr. Otton.
