Digitel Corporation, a leading telephone system and data networking company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Cumming, GA based JTECH Networks, a leading provider of managed IT services for small to mid-sized businesses.

Through this acquisition, Digitel will complete its eighth acquisition and will expand its current portfolio of IT/Data Center/Telephone System equipment to include computer repair, desktop support and proactive managed IT services designed to better and more cost-effectively meet the day-to-day IT needs of small to midsize businesses (SMBs).

Uniting the two companies will leverage the advanced core technologies of both companies to provide a complete and comprehensive portfolio of IT equipment and services to include telephone systems, contact centers, managed IT services, public and private cloud, data center, structured cabling and computer repair.
