The “Start Your Own Bar and Restaurant” course (June 12-13, 2014) will give students the training they need to build the business of their dreams while maximizing their chances of succeeding in this competitive field. Designed and presented in partnership with Kendall College, Chicago’s number one school for preparing students for careers in hospitality management and culinary arts (ORC International – 2011 Survey), the content of the course will deal with the real-world issues that prospective restaurateurs and bar owners will face when opening and operating a restaurant and/or bar.
