For professional speakers, standing up in front of thousands of people is the easy part. The real problem is delivering their carefully-prepared presentations to show organizers and the audience. Presentations tend to be image and video rich, making email impossible. Resorting to FTP or Dropbox can be inconsistent and inefficient. This task in the real world can become complicated at a time when speakers need to concentrate on preparing for their performances.
The process is just as troublesome for meeting and conference organizers who are responsible for planning every aspect of their events. Their jobs depend on coordinating all the different requirements of their speakers. At the same time, they usually like to review presentations to check them for consistency and to see if they will work on the equipment for the session. They will also be able to monitor progress, view documents, approve presentations, and export it all from SpeakerStack.
