Ms. Deters will be leading the session entitled Creating a Healthier Company Culture to Attract Stronger Talent. In her current role, Deb oversees all Human Resource strategic initiatives for Hub, including employee benefits, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and payroll. With over 25 years of experience, she holds certifications in Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Benefit Professional (CBP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Deters is a previous winner of the Corporate Wellness Magazine Excellence in Leadership Award and is an active member of numerous industry associations.
