iPhotonix Announces New MDU Products at the Broadband Communities Summit 2014
Richardson, TX (PRWEB) April 09, 2014 -- iPhotonix, a true pioneer in delivering highly flexible broadband technologies, announces it will debut its new multi-dwelling unit products supporting the iVolve ONT Platform at the Broadband Communities Summit April 8th – 10th, 2014.
The iPhotonix’ MDU products enable all iVolve GPON ONTs to be supported by various kits where mounting, fiber management, and power supply are all considered in the design. This provides the most flexible and efficient provisioning for PON-based triple-play services to multi-dwelling units such as apartment buildings and condo complexes.
The MDU provides many layers of convenience:
• Mix and match various ONT models
• Deliver voice, data, IPTV and on-demand video services for multiple customers
• Easily install and expand the unit as tenants come and go
• ONTs can be swapped out as customer needs change
