(PRWEB) April 08, 2014 -- HIPOWER SYSTEMS, a manufacturer of power-generation and power distribution equipment in the U.S. and Canada, today announced that it has reached a multi-state distributor agreement with Kraft Power Corporation for the states of Georgia and Ohio. As part of the agreement, Kraft Power traveled its team to Lenexa this week to complete an intensive 2-day training program on the HIPOWER solutions.
Kraft Power specializes in the distribution, maintenance and renting of high quality power products for industrial, residential, marine, and CHP/cogeneration applications. The company was among the pioneers of “Total Energy” (combined heat and power plants) as well as of emergency generator systems and service programs. Today, Kraft Power employs 170 professionals and operates nine sales and service facilities in eight states.
Under the agreement, Kraft Power customers will have full access to HIPOWER’s suite of power solutions. The new deal will cover Georgia and Ohio.

The training program consisted of a two day event, with the first day featuring introductions to HIPOWER sales & service strategies, overviews of HIPOWER online tools and a factory tour. The second day, held at the HIPOWER factory, included classroom sessions detailing load banking and onsite troubleshooting, and hands-on sessions demonstrating power distribution, connection panels, and additional HIPOWER products and services.
