As a recognized expert in legal industry innovation, collaboration, and convening, Mr. Paquin will lend his deep background in corporate legal operations to the Bridgeway team on April 14, 2014.
Mr. Paquin is a senior attorney and business executive with more than 25 years of experience providing practical and effective legal and business advice, with a focus on legal and business operations, legal department management, litigation and dispute management, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and other areas in a wide variety of leadership roles.
Most recently he served as Divisional Vice President, Legal Operations & Chief Operations Counsel, for Abbott Laboratories, where he was responsible for all legal department operations. In this role, he also led the division of Abbott Laboratories legal operations function which resulted from the company separating into two publicly traded companies. Prior to that, Mr. Paquin held positions as the National Practice Leader of Legal Management Services for Ernst and Young, and Chief Litigation Counsel for United Parcel Service.
Mr. Paquin is the latest of many recent new hires Bridgeway has made to support their rapid growth in departments ranging from Professional Services, Software Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Accounting, IT and Marketing.
