USPTO Approves Patent for Robotic Medical Device Available through IpAuctions, Inc.
Reno, NV (PRWEB) April 07, 2014 -- Inventor William Zurn of Sunnyvale, CA has been pursuing medical device upgrades thru the use of ordinary mechanical and electronic devices which extend the capability of medical technology. The research lead to a system of controlling, guiding and placement of a stent utilized the principles of NMR (Nuclear magnetic resonance). This research lead to the development of additional medical modules guided and controlled by the principles of NMR. With medical technology advancing into robotics and other device applications, this methodology of utilizing NMR technology is intended to solve the issues regarding invasive treatments and procedures. Using the magnetic properties of NMR equipment, these patents and patent applications take advantage of the magnetic polarity to accomplish a variety of purposes and uses.
The System utilizes a control subsystem external to the patient. It includes a non-destructive energy transmitter and a clearing module designed to fit the vessel or duct of the patient’s body. The module can be positioned inside the patient’s body and may be controlled by use of NMR technology. Thus a clearing module can be moved along a path to a predetermined location adjacent to a surgical target. The US PTO recently issued William Zurn the patent, “Vessel Clearing Apparatus, Devices and Methods,” as Patent # 8,663,209.
Additionally, he has developed prior art for similar a key blood vessel, the aorta, the main artery carrying’ blood from the heart. He received a patent for a vessel repair system in July of 2011. It may be viewed at the USPTO Patent # 7,979,108.
The Methods of Using the Modules: Use Existing CT & MRI Technology, Scan the Circulatory System, Organs and Cavities, Map the Pathways & Surgical Target Areas, Program the Master Computer, Introduce the Module into the Body Move to the Target Area, Resolve Predicament or Enhance Condition.
