Greenberg Traurig’s Paul Keenan Discusses Distressed Investing Strategies at ‘Latin American Distressed Investment Strategies’ Conference

Keenan, a Shareholder with the Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, moderated a “Distressed Investing Strategies” panel at the Latin American Distressed Debt Investment Strategies conference in New York.
The panel focused on distressed investment strategies, including a discussion of the recent amendments to the Mexican corporate restructuring law (concurso mercantil), the Brazilian corporate restructuring laws, and recent cases in both countries.
