It’s a big step into the future for Fine Solutions – a win-win for employees, clients and Microsoft.
Seattle, WA & Portland, OR (PRWEB) April 07, 2014
The Pacific Northwest’s leading Microsoft Dynamics provider, Fine Solutions, announced today that they are acquiring Portland-based Computeration, the area’s leading provider of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) around Dynamics GP.
Fine Solutions—the leading northwest company focused on Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, and AX—will absorb Computeration and its expertise in Dynamics GP service, support, implementation, and training to create a regional focus that includes clients from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. The acquisition increases resources and accelerates Fine Solutions’ go-to-market strategies focusing on services and integrations around Dynamics GP, such as Dynamics CRM, Management Reporter, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Computeration will change their name to Fine Solutions the first of April 2014. Dan Fine, Managing Partner of Fine Solutions, will remain Managing Partner. Gloria Braunschweig, former CEO of Computeration, will enjoy her retirement from the consulting industry to focus on her Rapid Implementation blog sites and book, refocusing them to Lean Implementation.
"It’s a big step into the future for Fine Solutions – a win-win for employees, clients and Microsoft. Bringing these great teams together will accelerate Fine’s share of Dynamics clients in the Northwest, and strengthen the overall opportunities for both Microsoft and our partners,” said Dan Fine, Fine Solution's Managing Partner. "In addition to their innovation and strength in deploying ERP systems using their Rapid Implementation Methodology, the folks from Computeration brings proven capability and talent in critical areas such as upgrades, reporting, training and integrations."
With this acquisition, Fine Solutions will employ over 35 staff and grow to 50 in the next two years. The company will maintain headquarters in Lynnwood, WA at the juncture of Interstate I-5 and I-405. This will give the company easy access to clients north, south and east.
“I’m excited to entrust my clients and employees to a regional firm with a reputation for great service and plans for growth,” said Gloria Braunschweig, CEO of Computeration. “I’ve been overwhelmed by the good wishes from clients and business associates praising Computeration employees and our level of support. I’m confident Fine Solutions will continue this level of service, allowing me a new focus in my career after 25 years of supporting Dynamics GP and Great Plains Accounting.”
