Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 08, 2014

The C Three Foundation is excited to announce Claudia Christian’s involvement with The Sinclair Method (TSM) treatment program at Alternatives Behavioral Health, LLC beginning Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration estimates nearly 90 percent of individuals with an alcohol use disorder do not enter treatment with about 35 percent citing cost or insurance as the reason.

The Sinclair Method treatment program at Alternatives will be incredibly affordable at $700 a month—less than many inpatient programs charge for only a single day. It will include a weekly support group, prescription resources and one individual session per month for clients who need them. Claudia will personally attend the groups, subject to her filming schedule, along with a therapist from Alternatives. She will share her story and speak about her first-hand knowledge of TSM and the science behind it with the help of Dr. Adi Jaffe, Executive Director of Alternatives and a behavioral neuroscientist, and addictions expert Dr. Marc F. Kern, Chairman of the Board of Moderation Management.

Boasting a long-term success rate as high as 80 percent, The Sinclair Method is a scientifically tested way to treat alcohol dependency using the FDA-approved drug naltrexone, a non-addictive opiate blocker, to achieve pharmacological extinction of addiction. The Alternatives program will teach clients about the proper use of the medication and some note-worthy variations while providing the social and therapeutic support research has shown will increase success.

The C Three Foundation was created to help save the lives of alcoholics worldwide. We aim to educate doctors, alcoholics and family and friends of alcohol dependent people about the most successful long term treatment for alcoholism, The Sinclair Method.
