OM Plus Fleet Manager is used to help users and service organizations by collecting usage data, analyzing it, and presenting it to users to automate consumables ordering/ replenishment, technical support, and maintenance functions. Several customers had voiced a need for a Device Uptime report. This report is helpful to end users and service providers to determine if a Managed Print Service (MPS) provider is within SLA guidelines.
