Pre-Hire 360® Uses a Fast, Efficient Process to Identify Candidates’ Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety

SkillSurvey, Inc., the inventor of the Pre-Hire 360® assessment which recently received a U.S. Patent Notice of Allowance, today announced that it has added a new “Workplace Health and Safety” competency cluster to help Power, Oil & Gas and other industrial employers identify candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to workplace safety. SkillSurvey is also releasing new job-specific surveys to support hiring for key positions in these industries.

Pre-Hire 360® allows hiring managers to evaluate a candidate’s past performance based on answers to job-specific survey questions provided by prior managers, co-workers and direct reports. SkillSurvey has more than 350 job-specific surveys that help recruiters better screen candidates before interviewing and narrow their applicant pool. On average, assessments are available in less than two days, usually with more than four references providing responses.

The first surveys included in the new Workplace Health & Safety Cluster include: Derrickhand, Floorhand/Roustabout, Petroleum Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety Manager, Skilled Trades Worker, and Truck Driver.
