Emmy-Winning Actor Tony Hale to Release Children's Book Based On One "BIG" Lesson Learned
(PRWEB) April 09, 2014 -- Emmy award-winning actor Tony Hale will publish his first book entitled "Archibald's Next Big Thing," a children’s story filled with the sort of quirky yet lovable characters he is known for in
television and film. Co-written with his friend Tony Biaggne, this inspiring and offbeat story is delightfully illustrated by artists Misty Manley and Victor Huckabee.
Released by Boxing Clever Publishing, “Archibald’s Next Big Thing” is the extraordinary adventure of an extra-ordinary chicken named Archibald Strutter. His three brothers and one
sister have each found their "Big Thing" and the only big thing Archibald has planned is what he’s eating for lunch. This all changes when he receives a mysterious blue card that simply reads, “YOUR BIG THING IS HERE” and, accompanied by a friendly bee named "Bee", Archibald takes off on a fantastic journey in hopes of finding his NEXT BIG THING. Through new friends and experiences, the wide-eyed, semi-bald chicken finally discovers that, while looking for the next big thing isn't a bad thing, we should always remember that big and beautiful things are all around us...right NOW.
"The thoughts of an actor aren't very different from Archibald's," Hale says. “I always find myself looking ahead to the next big role, the next big opportunity, obsessed with the question 'What's next, what's next, WHAT'S NEXT!?' But embracing and enjoying the PRESENT is a message I want both my daughter and myself to remember. Every. Single. Day."
The book will be released in August 2014 and preview copies are available upon request. For updates, you can visit AdventuresofArchibald.com.
