Gozent, a new, web-based application that simplifies the residential property leasing process for both landlord and tenant, has officially launched and is now available for use at http://www.gozent.com.
Gozent allows landlords to do all of the following:
“Anyone who has ever rented an apartment – lessor or lessee – knows that the process of renting can be quite tedious with all of the screening and paperwork involved,” said Gozent Co-Founder Mayank Garg. “More than 70 percent of the time, this process is done manually, which wastes a lot of paper, time, and energy. Gozent will get it all done quickly, without hassle. Residential property leasing will never be the same.”
23-year-old Garg, along with his talented team, developed the idea for Gozent after witnessing the pains of renting. Through extensive research and interviewing a number of real estate professionals, it became clear that the current market is underserved. Gozent provides a solution to property leasing that is both efficient and comprehensive, which is what differentiates the product in the marketplace.
Landlords across the U.S. can use the Gozent site for free to post rental listings to more than 10 sites and accept rental applications. They are charged a fee of $60 per renter if and when they choose to run an instant credit check and complete an online lease agreement. According to Garg, landlords typically get this $60 expense back through the tenant’s application fee.
