Livefyre Launches World’s First Real-time Ratings and Reviews

With LiveReviews, users can easily rate and review products, services, articles or any other content in real time. In addition to increasing time-on-site and building customer loyalty, LiveReviews can drive user behavior through high-quality user generated content and gather valuable insights about audience sentiment toward a particular product or experience.
According to recent research by BrightLocal, 79 percent of consumers trust online reviews as much as recommendations.

Time Out is one of the first customers to launch with LiveReviews, using it on more than ten of their sites including Time Out London, Time Out New York and Time Out Paris. With LiveReviews, Time Out readers can leave feedback and ratings on restaurants, bars, shops, films, theater and other live performances as they are happening. LiveReviews is also integrated into Time Out’s mobile app, allowing users to read or post ratings on-the-go.
