The California Air Resources Board's (CARB) new emission requirements took effect on January 1, 2014. Hawthorne Cat has teamed up with CARB to host an emissions seminar Wednesday, April 23, 2014 and Thursday, April 24, 2014 to help ensure your heavy equipment is in compliance with the new regulations. CARB is offering three training courses at Hawthorne Cat's corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA. Courses include guest speakers and digital presentations to help educate attendees on the latest emissions standards.
According to Hawthorne Cat’s Emissions Specialist, Jeff Wood, “The CARB Emissions Courses are designed to educate customers on the production and health side effects of diesel emissions as well as diesel emission control technology.” Wood adds, “The courses offer detailed information to help fleet owners understand and comply with the new off-road regulations.”
Steve Dunn, Corporate Marketing Director, continues, “The CARB Emissions Courses are the best way to determine if your equipment meets the new emissions requirements.” Dunn concludes, “As part of The Hawthorne Cat Difference, we strive to help our customers improve the efficiency of their businesses.”
