Suzanne Mescan, Director of Marketing for Vasont Systems, is teaming up with Christopher Ward, Director of Sales at WebWorks.com, to speak at this year’s Content Management Strategies/DITA North America conference on April 28- April 30, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. They are scheduled to present "Don’t Settle for Lemonade; Give Them Elixir” at 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29th.

This session is a continuation of last year’s presentation, “Show Them the Money! Assessing Your Corporate Value,” where the two discussed the importance of customer communications and benefits of retaining customers and how to make that happen with the help of a content management strategy. This year’s presentation will show how to combine the right metrics to show the potential success of a content management strategy and how to build those metrics. A good content management strategy can lead to lower costs and bigger profits for the organization, but it takes an investment in tools and training to get there. Attendees can join this session to learn how to mix up the right metrics to show the potential success of a content management strategy and how to build on those metrics after implementation to show the sweetness of your realized success.
