Michael K. Medick Joins BSB Design to Lead Land Planning Market Sector

Medick, a nationally recognized and experienced architect and urban designer, has joined their firm as the Market Leader for Land Planning, providing oversight of the firm’s national land planning efforts to ensure a collaborative environment and a consistently high-level of result for clients working with any BSB Design office.
Michael has extensive experience in real estate and neighborhood development, including single family, multi-family and mixed-use, campus planning and housing, Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), and community design guidelines. His experience has been focused on initiatives to assist communities in ways that expand economic opportunity, protect public health, sustain the environment, and create and enhance the places that people love. Michael was Chairman of the American Institute of Architect’s National Housing Committee and a member of the Livable Communities Task Force. He also served as the Alumni Chapter President of the University of Maryland School of Architecture.
