Jackson, MS (PRWEB) April 15, 2014 -- Ingenico, the payment system used by Retriever of Jackson, was recently rated the top processor nationally for credit card payment and transactions. Retriever of Jackson serves thousands of credit card processing customers and businesses from point-of-sale credit and debit cards and electronic check processing to integrated, web-based solutions.
The Ingenico system recently surpassed its rivals and was rated superior by ABI Research’s POS Terminal Vendor Competitive Assessment. The industry assessment provided a rating of the leading POS Terminal vendors. A total of nine companies were scrutinized using 10 different measurement criteria. The findings were part of ABI Research’s Payment and Banking Cards & Contactless Technologies Research Service.
According to ABI Research, Ingenico stood apart for its innovative solutions. The finding also stated that “Ingenico continues to position itself at the forefront of POS innovation through the continued enablement of contactless, and maybe more importantly, through other added value managed and integrated services.” ABI Research provides in-depth analysis and quantitative forecasting of trends in global connectivity and other emerging technologies.
Retriever of Jackson President and CEO Cliff Torrence said the news affirms his company’s decision to utilize the Ingenico System for its customers. He said Retriever of Jackson uses the Ingenico system exclusively and is the only Mississippi company deploying that system.
“Our business depends on delivering top performance for our customers, and that means having the best system in place to accomplish that,” Torrence said. “Retriever of Jackson has been using the Ingenico system in our business and we have been pleased with its outstanding performance, as have our customers.”
