North Attleboro, MA (PRWEB) April 10, 2014
HASCO Medical, Inc. (OTCQB: HASC), a company that conducts retail and commercial sales of handicap accessible vans, will be participating in Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good vehicle giveaway with its Ride-Away subsidiary of North Attleboro, Mass. Ride-Away will be on hand as Toyota, BraunAbility, and IRA Toyota of Miford will be donating a wheelchair van to Horace Mann Educational Associates (HMEA) on April 11th.
Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good Program provides 100 non-profits the new Toyota vehicle of their choice to be used as in-service vehicles. The program elicits participation through Facebook, where users can vote for two out of five different non-profit organizations each day for fifty consecutive days.
Ride-Away of North Attleboro is honored to have helped adapt a wheelchair accessible Toyota Sienna to one of this year’s winners, Horace Mann Educational Associates. Horace Mann Educational Associates (HMEA) works with individuals with developmental disabilities providing day service and support out of their offices in Franklin, Mass. and has been a long time friend of Ride-Away in North Attleboro.
HMEA will use their new accessible van to travel to Massachusetts and Rhode Island as part of their Meals on Wheels program.
Ride-Away North Attleboro added seating and vinyl seat covers and will provide routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on HMEA’s Toyota Sienna and adaptive equipment as needed.
The van will be presented to HMEA at 10:00 a.m. on April 11th at a ceremony at IRA Toyota of Milford, MA. Our North Attleboro, MA Team will be on hand to help present the van. Our Team couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this opportunity and can’t wait to see the good this wheelchair van will do for HMEA in communities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
