The Pittcon 2015 Program Committee is pleased to announce the deadline for nominations for two of its prestigious awards, the Pittsburgh Analytical Chemistry and Pittsburgh Conference Achievement, has been extended to May 9, 2014.
The Pittsburgh Analytical Chemistry award was established in recognition of an individual’s significant contributions to the field of analytical chemistry including the introduction of a significant technique, theory or instrument or providing exceptional training or a fertile environment for progress in analytical chemistry.
The winner will receive a cash award and travel costs to Pittcon 2015 in New Orleans, Louisiana and will be included as a speaker in Pittsburgh Analytical Chemistry Award Symposium in his/her honor.
The Pittsburgh Conference Achievement Award recognizes individuals for outstanding achievements in the fields of analytical chemistry and/or applied spectroscopy within 10 years after completion of their Ph.
