Ascot based Digital Agency, Rawnet, completely redesigned the Gumball 3000 website ahead of the 2013 rally. A unique brand with image a the heart, Gumball 3000 needed a site that was like no other. Keen to provide users with the full Gumball experience, Rawnet implemented a ‘Google Images’ inspired grid, showcasing apparel alongside articles on fashion, music, pop culture and lifestyle as well as up to the minute coverage of the rally itself.
Rawnet are thrilled to announce that today the Gumball 3000 website has been nominated as a finalist in the The 18th Annual International Webby Awards (http://www.webbyawards.com). From tens of thousands of entries that were submitted, Gumball3000.com by Rawnet was one of 5 finalists selected in its category.
Having been selected as one of the top 5 “Car and Car Culture” sites in the world, Gumball3000.com is up against stiff competition, including BBC Autos. Winners will be selected by public votes and announced on 29th April at an award ceremony in New York, USA.
