Pocket Games, Inc., a mobile game developer, announced today that the Company’s Form S-1 registration statement has been declared effective by the Securities Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). Pocket Games, Inc is now a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company plans to apply for assignment of its ticker symbol and list its shares on the OTC Markets OTCQB.
