“The Acer Extreme Classroom Technology Makeover was created to help teachers make learning as relevant as possible with leading technology that supports real world scenarios and applications,” said Rich Black, Acer America director of marketing. “We hope the contest encouraged and enabled collaboration within the schools as they created their entries and we urge the public to choose the school they believe deserves the classroom makeover and will benefit most from it.”
The contest was open to all educators for K-12 students in the United States with one entry permissible per school. Educators were invited to submit a summary using video, images or text describing why their classroom deserves a makeover and encouraged to collaborate with their students.
