ProMax Email 2.0 features a plethora of enhancements as well as some completely new aspects. Unlike its predecessor, 2.0 is entirely browser-based, which has two great benefits for users: the ability to work in ProMax software and ProMax Email simultaneously, and the ability to access ProMax Email from phones and mobile devices. “This is one of the best features I’ve worked on in my 18-plus years at the company,” says ProMax CTO Darian Miller. “It’s another step along the path to greater mobile accessibility with ProMax, and our dealers are going to love it.”
In addition to being browser-based, ProMax Email 2.0 comes equipped with a brand new HTML editor featuring nearly unlimited stylistic possibilities, advanced linking and paste options, and the ability to search inventory and insert vehicles into messages. Also included is a full suite of pre-loaded email templates that have been tested in all email clients and designed to display equally well on desktop computers as well as mobile phones and devices. The templates draw upon a cloud-based image library that dealers can access and add to. ProMax Email 2.0 also boasts a rebuilt back end to go along with the great new look, resulting in faster sending and receiving times and improved admin functions making setup and configuration easier than ever.
