In the five years Lucienne has been in the industry, she has made her way to the top of the market. While at her previous company, she received an award annually for sales performance beginning with “Rookie of the Year” for the U. S. Southwest region in 2010 and continuing with Diamond and Sterling awards each year through the present.
Lucienne has been a Carmel Valley resident for 18 years, so she brings an extensive knowledge of the area & schools to her clients. Her son, James was part of the very first graduating class at Sage Canyon Elementary then went on to graduate from Torrey Pines High School last year, and now lives in Los Angeles as a student and actor. Lucienne lists & sells homes all over North San Diego County.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Lucienne had a 12 year career in Corporate Sales in the Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Industry. There, she was also a top producer, earning over 5 national President’s Club awards. Her sales background renders her an avid negotiator for her clients. Combine that with her passion for interior design, area expertise…and you have the ideal realtor for any home seller!
Lucienne attended a small southern liberal arts college, The University of The South, majoring in Psychology/English. During undergraduate school, she also studied English abroad for a term at St. John's, Oxford. Then she went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Emory University in Education prior to moving back to California in the 90’s. “The background in Teaching has really served me well in Real Estate because there is always such a tremendous learning curve for both me and for my clients as to the selling, marketing, technological & valuation processes in the industry. I will always be a lifelong learner, as well as a teacher at heart, so I am so excited about the innovative resources at Real Living as well as to finally be a part of the fastest growing Real Estate Franchise in the U.S. I also feel fortunate to work with a quality individual like CEO/President of Real Living Lifestyles, Steve Rogers and to have a manager and coach like Josh Hirsch.
