Integrated Campaign to Include Public Relations, Social Media and Event Marketing

Classic & Vintage Artisanal Spirits, a collection of boutique spirits created by Domaine Select Wine Estates (, has retained Colangelo & Partners Public Relations ( for public relations and social media to support two of the portfolio’s signature brands: G’Vine Gin, the grape-based Gin from Cognac, and Averna, Italy’s favorite Amaro from Sicily. “We’ve spent the past several years cultivating the bartender community for these two unique, artisan spirits. Centuries ago, Benedictine friars in the Santo Spirito Abbey in Caltanissetta, Sicily created a recipe for an herbal tonic that became known for its healing powers as well as its delicious taste. In 1854, the friars offered to share the secret recipe with their prime benefactor: Salvatore Averna. Today, Averna ( is Italy’s premier Amaro, and one of the most celebrated Amaros in the world. Richly textured and made from 100% natural ingredients, Averna is distilled from a secret blend of flowers, herbs, dried fruits, spices and licorice. These ingredients are immersed in alcohol with a touch of caramel, and the final result is unique: A complex spirit with a smooth yet firm taste to the palate and a full-bodied, bittersweet finish.

Created by EuroWineGate’s owner Jean-Sebastien Robicquet in Cognac, France, G’Vine ( is produced from grape flowers, which undergo a multi-distillation process to create a neutral spirit. Hand-picked at their peak, the luscious and exceedingly rare vine flowers —which bloom just two weeks per year—are macerated in neutral spirit. Nine whole fruit botanicals (separated into three groups) are infused in neutral spirit for 2-5 days before distillation in small stills. These ripe aromatics include ginger root, liquorice, green cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, juniper berries, cubeb berries, nutmeg and lime. In a final step, the vine flower infusion is combined with the small batch, botanical distillates and distilled once more to create G’Vine.
