- Blog Posts by Professor G. Ray Warner. Professor Warner will provide frequent commentary on recent bankruptcy and Uniform Commercial Code decisions. In addition to being of counsel in Greenberg Traurig’s Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Practice, Professor Warner is a professor of law and the associate dean for bankruptcy studies at St. John's University School of Law in New York, where he heads the nation’s only Masters in Bankruptcy Program and directs the national Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Professor Warner is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a former officer of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the academic director of the INSOL Global Insolvency Practice Course and Fellows program.
