The purpose of the training will be to not only make the learners ready to be yoga teachers but to expose them to the world of yoga beyond the aspect of physical fitness. Daily sessions will also include lectures on the philosophy of yoga so that learners can achieve a higher level of understanding of the procedure and feel physically better and liberated within. With the adoption of these yoga principles and values, their mind and soul will feel completely transformed.

During the training, different yoga forms will be taught in accordance to individual’s need and capabilities.
