Siddhi Yoga to Start Its 3rd Session of Yoga Teacher Training for the Year in Dharamshala
Dharamshala, India (PRWEB) April 15, 2014 -- Siddhi Yoga has started its 3rd intake of yoga teacher training in Dharamshala from 3rd April and the course will finish on 1st May. It will be a month long training that finishes on May 1, 2014. Students are expected to come up with a high level of self-discipline as for one entire month, they will remain in the retreat premises on a strict and balanced diet and lifestyle. Every day, there will be several sessions of pranayama along with different asana practice, meditation, therapeutic yoga and more.
The purpose of the training will be to not only make the learners ready to be yoga teachers but to expose them to the world of yoga beyond the aspect of physical fitness. Daily sessions will also include lectures on the philosophy of yoga so that learners can achieve a higher level of understanding of the procedure and feel physically better and liberated within.
