The Hub Magazine has just completed its 2014 Hub Top 20 of Shopper Marketing Excellence and Upshot made the list for the third straight year.

Rankings were announced in the Hub's May/June issue as part of their annual Top 20 report. The report, in collaboration with the University of Tennessee, allows brand marketers and agencies to evaluate each other based on a series of 13 criteria. Index to average ranks key account knowledge, understanding shopper motivations, programming relevance and strategic planning among the leading areas of expertise that brand managers look for in a shopper marketing agency. For the first time, the survey—the hard numbers—count for just 50% of our final results, which rank the best-of-the-best in shopper marketing. The other half is based on the why: 25% respondent comments and 25% Hub Prize awards for shopper-marketing campaigns.
