Alexander Tucoquiel is Chief, Commercial Division and Broker of Alexander International Realty. He opened his full-service, namesake brokerage after years of experience as a top-producing agent for a $2.3 billion Midtown Miami mixed-use development by the iconic New York City-based Midtown Equities LLC.
Alexander was instrumental in communicating to clients a vision for this nascent Miami neighborhood, which included residential towers and office and retail leasing. Alexander helped transform a concept and a vision into one of Miami’s most dynamic and sought-after areas. He works closely with owners and investors throughout Greater Miami to transact commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily properties, hotels and motels, and vacant land.
Prior to his real estate sales career, Alexander worked as a commercial real estate trust account manager, legal records administrator, and paralegal for Miami and Fort Lauderdale law firms, Berger Singerman P.A., and Bilzin Sumberg P.A., each with significant real estate practices.
