The Franklin Johnston Group has promoted Stephanie Anderson to Director of Organizational Development, a new position within the company.
In her new role, Anderson will direct the development of The Franklin Johnston Group’s team members within the context of its mission and core values. Key responsibilities will include building and refining company policies and procedures; recruiting and retention of staff; training and development, including both online and in-class programs; and establishing a mentoring program.
Anderson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, is a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. She has held management positions in numerous properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with responsibilities in sales training, customer service, marketing and revenue management. She was recently published in Units, the apartment industry’s key trade publication, and completed the National Apartment Association Education Institute’s Advanced Instructor Training.
Anderson serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Apartment Management Association and the Hampton Roads Apartment Council. In 2013 she received the National Apartment Association’s Paragon Award as the Certified Apartment Manager of the year. She is currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate through IREM.
