National Patient Safety Foundation Welcomes CHI St. Luke’s Health System
Boston, MA (PRWEB) April 15, 2014 -- The National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF) is proud to welcome CHI St. Luke’s Health as the newest member of the NPSF Stand Up for Patient Safety Program.

Stand Up for Patient Safety is a program that health care organizations join to enhance education and awareness of health care safety among executives, management, staff, patients, and the communities they serve. As a member organization, St. Luke’s will receive benefits to help support a number of initiatives, including:
• Educational and training opportunities focusing on patient safety as a top priority for all staff members
• Information for patients and their families about how to make their health care safer
• Tools and resources to engage staff and patients in patient safety best practices
