$1.5 Million in Revitalizations Underway At The Heritage Club
Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) April 15, 2014 -- After a decade of fun and play at the Heritage Club, members will be enjoying improved facilities this summer with a $1.5 million remodel. The upgrades bring an improved service experience, expanded club hours and energy-efficient amenities chosen with a focus on sustainability.
To better complement the swim facilities, the entry and bathrooms at the Lake Pool Complex are being completely remodeled with fresh, upscale décor and features. Upgrades include the addition of new, energy-efficient lighting to allow for night swimming, water-saving faucets, and poolside furniture. At the View Pool Complex, kids of all ages will enjoy an improved game room with new foosball and ping pong tables as well as updated décor.
"We have created a wealth of amenities for new home buyers in Heritage with parks and greenways. There is something for almost everyone," says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “For those who choose to join The Heritage Club, things just got better as we’re taking our operations and facilities up a notch to provide a world-class atmosphere and experience.”
The renewal began last year with new pool side cabanas and furniture at the View Pool Complex along with improved Wi-Fi access at the Golf Clubhouse and pools. 1250 Heritage, a casual and elegant dining experience at the heart of the community, received upgraded tables and additional beer taps, which provides opportunity to showcase local and regional microbrewery specialties including selections from White Street Brewery of Wake Forest. All of the facilities will operate on a new point-of-sale and member database system designed to streamline member check-ins and purchases.
Plans are also in place for a new grill, bar renovation and pavilion addition at the Lake Pool Complex that will begin this fall with completion anticipated for spring of 2015. This will allow for expanded outdoor entertainment capabilities, including a cooking area designed for catered parties.
