Premier cross-screen technology provider BlueCava (http://www.bluecava.com) continues to grow its senior management team with the appointment of Sandy Streim to the role of VP Sales. Streim brings a long and successful track record in both sales leadership and business development positions at a number of top-tier AdTech companies, most recently comScore. Streim joined comScore as part of the AdXpose acquisition where he led a team responsible for signing the largest agency and brand contracts for the ad verification and campaign optimization startup. Streim will lead a similar team in New York for BlueCava, with a focus on the high-end enterprises that recognize the business necessity of making the transition to cross-screen marketing.
According to recent surveys from the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and Nielsen, multiscreen advertising campaigns will account for more than 50% of all media spending by 2017. The shift in spending aligns to an environment where consumers now move seamlessly between device types and channels during the day, engaging through a mobile device more than 65% of the time. To address this shift, BlueCava recently released version 3.0 of its Cross-Screen Audience Association Platform, the industry’s first open PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) for associating mobile and desktop devices to consumers and households in real-time.
