KoMarketing Acquires Majority Stake in Social Media Management Tool Contaxio

Contaxio is a second-generation social media contact management system created in 2007 by Whitley Media. Originally known as “MyTweeple,” the application allows social media users, Twitter users in particular, to easily and quickly manage your relationships on Twitter. Users can also review information from other sites, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

Shannon Whitley, the original owner of Contaxio and Whitley Media, will remain on as an equity partner in the newly formed Contaxio partnership, leading development and program enhancements. KoMarketing will drive online marketing strategy and tactical implementation.
