Michele Rowan, President Customer Contact Strategies

We completed the equivalent of six months worth of benchmarking in two days, and came away with a number of tactics and strategies we hadn't previously considered. And the bonus - a host of meaningful, long term connections.

Michele Rowan & Customer Contact Strategies bring a series of Remote Working Master Classes to Chicago, Denver and Laguna Beach in 2014. "Benchmarking against a broad scope of industries, access to case studies, and exchanges with subject matter experts ensures that businesses fully leverage the strategies, technology and innovation available to them, vs. operating within the limits of their own organization and culture," Rowan stated.
