iCan Benefit Group, America’s premier health insurance agency, is pleased to announce that it has promoted four (4) of its employees to new positions in late March of 2014. Tom Dietrich, who was the former Director of Operations for the company, is now serving as their newly appointed Vice President of Operations; and Dana Peller, iCan’s former Senior Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Director of Marketing. Additionally, Steve Dejean, iCan’s prior IT Manager, is now their Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, and Sharon Hall, iCan’s previous HR Generalist, has been promoted to Human Resource Specialist.
Dietrich, a native of NJ, has been with iCan for six years. He previously worked in the Purchasing, Project Management and Operations capacity for several large residential builders in the real estate industry including national homebuilder, Pulte Homes. Peller, a native of NY, has been with iCan since 2013. A marketing expert for the past 19 years, she has worked with diverse companies such as D.R. Horton and Peachtree Settlement Funding. Dejean’s recent promotion marks his fourth in the course of his almost 7-year tenure at iCan, wherein he started out as their Help Desk Support Tech in 2007. Brooklyn born, Dejean worked for Advantis, which later became IBM and finally AT&T, for six years prior to joining iCan. Hall, a native of Jamaica, has been with iCan for over one year. She has worked in the health and HR industries both nationally and internationally for over eight years.
