Jiffy Launches NFC Tags Designed for Time Tracking
Zürich, Switzerland (PRWEB) April 17, 2014 -- “We have identified that the most difficult thing about time tracking is that it is so easy to forget. JiffyTags help our users remember by working both as a visual queue, as well as a trigger to start tracking your project.” says Lorica Claesson, User Experience Designer and Founder of Nordic Usability.
The key to the success of JiffyTags is that they can be attached to objects that are contextually relevant to a project, for example notebooks, folders, or keys. JiffyTags can be shared between colleagues, making them suitable for mounting outside meeting rooms, or at an office entrance. This makes them useful shortcuts, and helpful reminders.
JiffyTags are available in two different varieties: keyfobs with elastic bands and color labels, and stickers with the jiffy symbol printed on top. The tags are specially selected to work with as many phones as possible by using the widely accepted standard NTAG203.
Setting tags up with Jiffy is super simple. Unlike with most NFC tags, JiffyTags are already prepared and will be recognized by Jiffy. When first held to the back of a phone, Jiffy asks which project to link it to.
To visualize which tag has been connected to which project, the keyfobs are delivered with round color labels in the base colors of Jiffy projects. These labels are designed to be attached to the back of the keyfobs, making it easy to see which tag is linked to which project.
The JiffyTags are sold online on http://www.jiffy.nu.
