Women Entrepreneurs Recognized for their Dedication and Achievements
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 16, 2014 -- Successful business women all over the country are taking their careers into their own hands, instead of relying on climbing the corporate ladder for success. Women entrepreneurship is on the rise, and it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.
“As women entrepreneurs, we are the architects of change and we know that more of the status quo is not going to cut it. A special set of leaders is required,” says Linda Wellbrock of Leading Women Entrepreneurs. “In 2014 Leading Women Entrepreneurs will bring together the innovators who are writing their own rules, collaborating, embracing empowerment, advocating for women and reaching their ultimate potential by forging new progressive paths to growth.”
L.W.E., (Leading Women Entrepreneurs) is out to combat that challenge, empowering women in business to assist, inspire, and connect with one another. Formed in 2011, L.W.E. focuses on recognizing women for entrepreneurial excellence, diversity, and positive impact on the economy or their community. By educating through example and encouraging women to strive for their own business dreams, L.W.E. seeks to help outstanding women create greater opportunities for one another.
With that end in mind, L.W.E. selects role-model entrepreneurs for their Advisory Board, to help select businesses which are woman led, owned, or holding a majority equity share of a company. The Advisory board is responsible for then electing the Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs based on the nominations received.
Tateossian, founder of the digital marketing agency Socialfix Media has been selected as the latest member of the advisory board. On April 29, 2014, Tateossian will be speaking on a panel about Capturing the Power of Your Brand through the media, social media and marketing, at Farleigh Dickinson University. This will kick off the nomination process in New Jersey and beyond.
With a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Management from Pace University, Tateossian’s career as an entrepreneur began in 2001. Having a keen awareness that the online world would change the face of the marketing world and a love for start-ups, Tateossian began delivering optimal results on minimum budgets by leveraging search marketing and social media technology.
In 2005, Tateossian went on to become the founder and co-owner of Socialfix. Tateossian is a driving force behind the firm as the company’s lead application engineer, advising clients on the latest trends in technology and digital marketing while maintaining a vested interest in their return on investment.
Socialfix offers innovative and out of the box business and marketing strategies and execution tactics that have been tested and proven successful through use and implementation within the company’s own business strategy.
Through extensive brand research and planning, Socialfix zeroes in on the unique and integral qualities that set a business apart, and then optimizes success by tailoring the latest digital marketing methods and technologies to that business’s individual needs.
