Jess L. Rosen, Mathew S. Rosengart and Paul D. Schindler, shareholders with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, have been included in Variety magazine’s 2014 Legal Impact Report. Rosen is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta Entertainment and Media Practice. Rosen represents, advises and counsels numerous songwriters, producers, recording artists, actors, writers and executives in all aspects of their entertainment careers. He is a former federal prosecutor, with substantial and diverse experience in entertainment litigation. Rosengart is noted for his trial experience and expertise, and for representing a number of Academy-Award-nominated writers, directors, and actors, as well as film production companies in high-profile entertainment litigation matters ranging from breach of contract to defamation to a range of film and television disputes. He has also become a noted expert on “pay or play” cases in the film industry and was recently asked by the Executive Director of UCLA Law School’s Entertainment & Media Program to present on the topic of “The Enforceability of Oral Agreements in the Entertainment Industry.”

Schindler, the Senior Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s New York Entertainment and Media Practice, is noted for representing clients such as Artist Group International, Marc Anthony, Lenovo, the New York Yankees, Harmon International and Live Nation.
