Guardian Real Estate Services Adds Certified Resident Ratings & Reviews to Apartment Guide Listings
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) April 16, 2014 -- Apartment Guide, the nation’s No. 1 online marketing solutions provider to the apartment industry, has signed up Guardian Real Estate Services for its Certified Resident Ratings & ReviewsSM program.
Guardian, a Portland-based owner-operator with a management portfolio of more than 220 apartment communities nationwide, plans to add Certified Resident Ratings & Reviews to many of its apartment community listings on Apartment Guide. Unlike other review sites, Certified Resident Ratings & Reviews allow community management teams to certify reviews as being from an actual resident before they are posted on the listing site.
