In this new role, Nicholas will primarily be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of client engagement projects and leading the Professional Services sales and delivery efforts within each of the organization's defined target markets. This will include presales support, network design, successful solution implementations, post-sales support, and leading the continued development and execution of Tiverity’s professional services offerings. He will report to Joe McGhee, Executive Vice President and COO.
