Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Sun Valley Idaho recognized several individuals for outstanding for work in 2013.

Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties located in Sun Valley Idaho honored several agents, brokers and staff for excellent and outstanding workmanship in 2013.

Among the honored were Cindy Kay. Kay was honored with the “Most Improved Award” in recognition for utilizing the many systems and tools offered by Coldwell Banker and achieving the greatest success as a result. Cindy showed a clear commitment to the business.

Jim Kuehn was honored as the “Rookie of the Year”, an award given to the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties agent that produced the highest gross commission in their first year with the office.

Badell – Melin, was honored as the “Team of the Year”, recognizing the Team that produced the highest gross commission in the office.

The prestigious, “Sales Person of the Year” award went to Stephanie Reed, for Reed's incredible success in the Sun Valley office. In addition, Stephanie was honored with “The Distinctive Angel” award in recognition to the Agent who gives of themselves the most and/or has the greatest impact on the community.
